Can’t we stop this assault on wolves?
Yes we can–or die trying at least. Some of us see that more compromise, more “collaboration” (collaborator means a traitor),with those industries killing wildlife is, not the answer, yet more organizations are doing this very thing. At the same time, more wild animals are being slaughtered than ever before, as more legislation, more state “laws” are passing every day against wildlife.. I will not align myself with any organization which is “working with” the Livestock Industry, the Hunting/Trapping Industry–in any form whatsoever. If such groups want to serve ” so-called “wolf-friendly beef” they are working for the Livestock Industry. Either we are on The Side of the Wolf–or we are on the other side. There is no “middle ground.” Let’s stop this Humanist crap, and ask “which side are you on?

Well said!
keep up the fine work, Jim!
Thanks Roy, you too!
🙂
Thanks for the resources, Jim!
I wonder if the people who are planning/ attending the “wolf gathering” in Montana realize just how dangerously rabid & deceptive the wildlife-killing industries, like hunting/grazing are.
Some of us find it disturbing and shameful that this “gathering for wolves” includes a well-rounded menu of animal flesh, including “wolf-friendly beef” which is a lie. This is a glaring example of what is happening to so-called “activist” organizations, which may start out with clear, strong intentions, but. who quickly adopt the rationalist-humanist ideology: that of compromise, making deals and otherwise becoming “collaborators” with the enemies of wild animals. These organizations have swallowed the Orwellian Group Think, that if you “work with” the enemy, it is a “win-win situation for all.” This is one reason we, and the animals, are losing the battle.
Despite wildlife organizations claiming to be helping wildlife, more wolves, more coyotes, more mountain lions, more prairie dogs–you name them–are dying every day, every week.
History not only shows where we have been, it also gives us a picture of where we are, and where we are going. The collaborators in WWII thought they, too, were doing “the right thing,” by joining hands, working with, making deals with, the enemy. But they did not save those millions who went to the gas chambers. In fact, most of the collaborators met the same fate: they were sent the ovens at the end.
I frankly do not know what more to say to these sell-out organizations.. If I were attending what I now believe to be a meaningless “feel good” humanist gathering, I probably would say “shame on you, do you understand the terrible damage you are doing to remaining wildlife?” I would also say…”Maybe you should ask the wolf packs if less family members are dying because of your choosing The Dark Side.”
These statistics are horrifying – it is ‘we’ who allow this genocide to happen !
