The guard members will work through Wednesday as additional water transport resources are identified.

strain of avian flu, which has lead to the extermination of more than 7.3 million birds in the United States so far.
Minnesota’s action followed a similar move by neighboring Wisconsin a few days earlier.
The highly pathogenic H5N2 strain has been identified on 49 Minnesota farms in 17 counties and affected more than 2.6 million birds in the state, according to Minnesota state officials.

What a sad waste of everything, the birds, the water. Looks like this is expanding out of control.
This is not surprising, as it is a disaster that has been in the making for years, ever since megaCAFOs started cramming animals by the thousands into animal prisons.
That’s what’s to blame, not wild migratory birds as the media is trying to tell people lately.
Another indication of total systemic collapse. The planet’s systems are choked with the poisons of Homo sapiens, and they are now backing up like any other sewer. Yet, humans will continue to deny, excuse, and look for “engineering solutions” to the mess this insane species has created.
