I watched the Commission meeting online and consider it a miracle that the hunt was not approved this year. As I recall, the vote was down to one commissioner. Not at all sure he’ll take the same stance next year, but I do think the public scrutiny made a difference this time — if only in terms of one person’s (pivotal) vote.

I wish it would work in New Jersey. The hunt starts in December. I think that last year they added an extra week. Disgusting!!!!
Thank Goodness that horrible mess has been cancelled, at least for this year. We’ll hammer ’em again next year!!! 😛
