There should be harsh penalties for animal abusers whether they are involved in other forms of cruelty or not.
Absolutely! I pray to a god of fairness and justice, that does not exist, that I see the day when animal abusers are punished the same way as those abusing and killing humans. But since that just god does not exist I will never see that day.
Why does animal abuse always have to be tied to child abuse in order to get harsher penalties??
