There is entirely too much of that going around. We hear one instance after another of police shooting dogs without fear of consequence. If they’re afraid of dogs, they shouldn’t be cops.
They need training in how to deal with dogs. If they rush into someone’s yard on a chase, a dog might seem to be or even get aggressive at the intrusion.
