Signed. There should be stronger laws everywhere that make cruelty to animals a felony. We need to get the message to legislators, prosecutors, and judges that ignoring abuse or giving probation, community service, or anger management counseling will not be tolerated. I’m thinking of vigilantism if they don’t get the message.
