Proud Montana hunters show their “trophies” of 2017

Sent  by a friend there wth these words:

“PROUD” MONTANA HUNTERS SHOW THEIR TROPHIES
….Warning!..graphic pictures of dead animals

I’m at a loss for words here…smiling faces showing off a dead animal?…what is wrong with these people? Were they abused as children..WTF?
This is on the front page of the Missoulian newspaper

Hunting season 2017 was a big success for many Montana hunters. Readers submitted their photos of this year’s trophies.

  1. Sickening. I especially hate to see women and kids involved. I wonder how long it took for some of the animals to die.

  2. Disgusting. Despite all the ‘let’s all try to understand each other BS’. I don’t feel I have to understand it, or tolerate it. I can’t stand when women do it. I don’t agree with their behavior or views, and never will. They could care less what I think anyway, and will never agree with my view. Some of the smiles look forced, with teeth gritted, (or half-witted) so that tells me all I need to know. Their message I put on ignore, and will continue on fighting until the day I die (and haunt thereafter!). I was reading further down on the Missoulian about an illegal mountain lion hunt where 4 were busted, so I hope these hunts were legal.

There was another article about CWD, which many do not want to acknowledge exists either – because of our stubborn refusal to face reality. It’s not the same world it once was, and all of that is due to us.

  3. I do feel bad for kids involved, because they don’t realize what they are doing yet, and of course look to their parents. One day, many of them will reject everything they were taught and rebel! 🙂

  4. It especially bothers me when women and minorities, who many times have been abused and treated badly, just continue to pass the abuse on down the line to innocent wildlife, without a thought! Just because we are overwhelmingly taught that human life has more value than any other life on earth. I part company with my sisters and brothers here, and will not support them. MLK and Ghandi among others realized that abuse knows no race, gender, or species.

  5. “One day the absurdity of the almost universal human belief in the slavery of other animals will be palpable. We shall then have discovered our souls and become worthier of sharing this planet with them.”

    ― Martin Luther King Jr.

  6. The few children in these pics are so young and impressionable and get the adults’ OK to kill. They grow up thinking that this is what they should do. Totally wrong.

  7. The very first image I clicked on upper left…the woman looks like she’s tweaking on meth. Disgusting series of images for sure. There is no way to change the hunting mindset. Either a hunter feels remorse on his/her own and quits it or they don’t. hoping for many more hunting accidents.
