On January 9, 2018, the Upper Dublin Township commissioners voted 6 – 1 to permit USDA Wildlife Services to sharp shoot the deer of Upper Dublin on public land. Taxpayers were not permitted a vote on this expensive and enduring violence that is about to descend on our township.
The sharpshooting will take place on four (4) evenings between Monday, February 26, 2018 and Saturday, March 31, 2018 during the hours of 10:00PM-6:00AM.

Upper Dublin Township is withholding the dates of the killings and thereby usurping residents’ first amendment rights of free speech and to peaceably assemble to make a difference in this unnecessary violence.
