A Montrose man died in a hunting incident according to the county sheriff’s office.

In a release they said Kyle Cody Duran, 23, was killed in an incident while turkey hunting on Trauer Trail on the Uncompahgre Plateau in rural Montrose County Saturday afternoon.

The Montrose County Sheriff’s Office and the Montrose County Coroner’s Office are investigating.

No other details were released.
