TODAY to air exclusive interview with criticized giraffe hunter
Tess Thompson Talley, the American hunter who has been criticized for posing in a controversial photo with a dead giraffe, will sit down for an exclusive interview Friday on TODAY.

I tried to watch the interview, but this is all I could find:
Talley declined an interview with TODAY, but issued a statement defending herself. She said it was a legal, permitted hunt and the breed of giraffe she killed is not rare other than that it was more than 18 years old.
,…so that makes it ok.
She may think the giraffe’s age makes it better. But I doubt many agree. If she were so confident about being right, maybe she would have an interview.
The fact that these cases cause such outrage is a good thing.
