Are your lungs burning from the smoke? Mine sure are.

Chances are, if you’re in Washington state — or anywhere along the West Coast — the air you breathe is considered “unhealthy” to “very unhealthy” by the EPA. Smoke is blocking visibility and lowering air quality on both sides of the Cascades.

In fact, my home state has the worst air quality in the country right now thanks to wildfire smoke. In the past week, air quality in Seattle ranked worse than that in Beijing. That’s not a competition we’re trying to win. Everyone’s feeling the smoke in their lungs, but this is especially harmful for our kids and our seniors.

And meanwhile, President Trump is blaming wildfires on water “being diverted into the Pacific Ocean.” Interior Secretary Zinke blames “environmental terrorist organizations.” They’ll blame anything they can invent to avoid addressing the real…

    + a feckless dangerous sociopath..

    ..am 73 and he’s the biggest waste of human cells I’ve ever encountered in my lifetime..
