This is just appalling, and more beautiful living in the wild, instead of a morbid trophy on a predator’s wall.
Who says this giraffe was too old for the herd? (in our herd, we just prescribe Viagra). And if an animal in the wild becomes old and infirm, then they will feed a pride of lions or other carnivore, as nature designed, not humans continually mucking up the works.
