  • It’s not clear where or when the video was taken but the guide refers to the man by last name, calling him what sounds like ‘Mr. Goney’ or ‘Mr. Gooney’
  • The guide has a South African accent but it is not known where the clip was filmed
  • He congratulated him on his kill and described it as an ‘exceptional lion’   
  • The video garnered thousands of responses in outrage at the ‘trophy hunting’
