NS, Canada:
Catlan Charles Denny, 28, of Dartmouth and Sherman Matthew Cremo, 28, of Eskasoni, are both charged with hunting with a light, shining a light into a wildlife area, hunting within the boundary of a highway, and hunting during closed hours.
The offences are alleged to have occurred Nov. 21, 2018 in Shenacadie.
Denny was previously the subject of an arrest warrant. He is to return to court in Eskasoni June 4. It is expected that his case will be referred to restorative justice.
Cremo is scheduled back in provincial court in Sydney April 17 to enter pleas.
