Donald Trump Jr. got in some hunting before going to join his father in Downtown Indianapolis — and even snagged himself a bird.

Trump Jr. spent the morning before the National Rifle Association’s Indianapolis convention hunting turkeys at a farm in Crawfordsville. He then ate breakfast at a local diner before heading to the Circle City, said Montgomery County Commissioner John Frey, who went hunting with Trump Jr.

“Heck of a nice guy,” Frey, who is also a primary owner of WCI Family Farms in Montgomery County, said of Trump Jr. “We had a lot of fun.”
