The hashtag #BoycottJimmyJohns was trending Friday with calls for a boycott of the sandwich restaurant, after a photo of the company’s founder and Jimmy John Liautaud with an elephant he killed resurfaced.
The viral photo of company founder and CEO Jimmy John Liautaud smiling while posing with a dead elephant is several years old, yet manages to capture the cruelty, cowardice, and inhumanity of the despicable trophy hunter in a powerful and disturbing fashion.
