Emergency crews are searching for a missing hunter in Pennington County.

Larry Genzlinger, 66,  from Howard was last seen at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Six Mile Road and Ditch Creek Road in the area of Deerfield Lake. Family contacted law enforcement at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday to say he was missing, the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office said.

Pennington County Search and Rescue and a number of other agencies worked through the night until 4 a.m. Wednesday. The search resumed again at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. Aerial support has not been available because of fog and rain, the sheriff’s office said.
