Foster Co., N.D. (Valley News Live) Authorities are reminding people it’s illegal to hunt on property without the owner’s permission after six people were arrested for doing so.
The Foster County Sheriff’s Department says it arrested six out-of-state hunters on Oct. 28 for hunting in an unharvested cornfield, without permission from the owner.
North Dakota law says it is a class B misdemeanor to hunt on land without permission.
If anyone has information of hunters on unharvested property without permission, the Foster County Sheriff’s Department wants you to call 701-652-2251.
