10th death reported in Puget Sound region due to COVID-19

SEATTLE — A 10th person has died due to the COVID-19 coronavirus, Washington State Health officials said late Wednesday morning, while now 29 other patients in the state have confirmed cases.

The new death occurred in King County, bringing the total there to nine. The other death was reported earlier in Snohomish County.

No details about the 10th death have been released.
