OLYMPIA, Wash. – Gov. Jay Inslee said Monday that state officials and local law enforcement will start cracking down on businesses or groups who violate Washington’s stay-at-home order or the eviction ban that took effect earlier this month to slow the spread of coronavirus.

“Since I announced the Washington ‘stay home, stay healthy’ order, we have seen social distancing and people really pitching in to keep us all healthy,” he said. “But we are also receiving thousands of calls from across the state that some individuals and businesses are not complying with this order.”
