The attorney for a Todd County man charged with manslaughter in connection to a hunting accident that claimed the life of a Hopkinsville man last year appeared for a pretrial conference Wednesday afternoon.
Mark Gilbert, who represents Julian Newton of Sharon Grove, appeared virtually before Christian Circuit Court Judge Andrew Self. Judge Self set the time for 1:00 on that day. He added they would anticipate a plea and a resolution at that time.
