PULASKI COUNTY, Va. (WSET) —The Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources is asking for the public’s help with getting information on a hunting accident.

They say the accident happened in Pulaski County on Robinson Tract Road last Tuesday around 7:45 a.m.https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FVirginiaDWR%2Fposts%2F10157742852871498&width=500&show_text=true&height=225&appId

According to officials, two hunters were out separately, and while one of them went to find his turkey, the other hunter shot out which ended up hitting the man walking.

They say a pellet got him in the chest and above the eye but he is doing okay.
