    WORTHINGTON — A 23-year-old Worthington man suffered non-life threatening injuries after he accidentally shot himself on Tuesday.

    According to Nobles County Sheriff Ryan Kruger, the sheriff’s office was dispatched to the 30000 block of 310th Street south of Worthington at 6:23 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a hunting accident.

    The hunter suffered a gunshot wound to his shoulder.

    Deputies rendered first aid and the man was transported to the Sanford Worthington Medical Center by ambulance.

    Assisting at the scene was Round Lake Rescue
