TheKremlinresponded to PresidentJoe Bidencalling Russian leader Vladimir Putin a “war criminal” on Wednesday, deeming the declaration “unforgivable.” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the Biden statement “unacceptable and unforgivable rhetoric,” according to the Russian state news agency TASS. On Wednesday afternoon, Biden told Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich that Putin is, in his estimation, a “war criminal.”
