  1. What hunter BS and self-delusion! Hunters kill for the thrill of killing, not for food for their families and neighbors. Food may be a bonus, but very seldom the focus of hunting which is killing. Hunters are not nature experts because they stroll through the wood and fields looking an opportunity of killing something. That “something to kill” is an object of killing. It is not conservation or conflict prevention. Hunters like to justify and rationalize what they do. Gullible media and citizens often buy into those justifications and rationalizations. None of us need the bush meat to survive. There is plenty of affordable food at the grocery. Nature cannot provide them with the meat for their freezer. There is not enough of nature to continue the killing tradition. Those days of hunting traditions and heritage are long gone
