Too many grizzlies are shot by hunters every year. Most of the time, when a grizzly charges, it is a feint. But hunters feel threatened and shoot. They seem to have not heard of bear spray, which is more effective. If you want to meet a toxic male human, give one a gun. They seem to never be charged. I think that if they see a bear, they are too ready to shoot and then declare self-defense. RDH 04-15-2024
