Most of you remember the buck in Oregon who was hit by an arrow. Apparently the wound wasn’t too deep and the arrow worked its way back out. Here he is now; Buck showed back up just the other day at the home of the woman who worked so hard to keep him safe throughout the rest of hunting season. I’m sure for her, this was the best Christmas gift she could ever hope for!!
Exposing the Big Game 
You know, stories like these… really, they make me feel a lot better about the world. When I’m surfing around the internet and I see the pictures of hunters and trappers happily posing with their kills, it angers me. Deep down inside, it’s an anger towards humanity. We have so much potential to do good in the world… why spend it taking the life of another animal just for fun? Especially with all the lies and politics going into killing off wolves and coyotes, sometimes it’s discouraging. But with stories like this, it brings back my faith in humanity. When I hear people standing up for animals, just out of respect of their lives… It’s an amazing feeling. I’ve already dedicated my future to protecting and taking care of animals, and it’s so reassuring that there are people who feel the same way.
Short version: Faith in Humanity restored.

This woman is a shero! Kudos to her and I am so glad the buck lives. And where did she get that shirt? I like it!
