The Corps does not know sh– about wildlife management and the ecology of cormorant-fish ecology. This is fishermen BS and political management of wildlife. The wildlife agencies all do not know sh– about ecology. They focus on micromanagement advised by the most ignorant: fishermen, hunters, animal ranchers.
