That is good as long as we are cutting down on energy consumption rather than replacing one energy source for another. The big question is if electric cars are to be charged, where is the electricity is coming from?
Eventually and hopefully solar will supply the electricity but it will have to be state driven for the next 4 years, because trump and the repubs are are all in for fossil fuels.
