Do we really need to know what will happen to a baby animal if the mother is starved? I think that there is enough information out there already since the dawn of humanity? How is his ethical? What people won’t do to keep that government funding rolling in!
What freaking moron considers starving animals to see what happens to their babies? Only the freaking morons in fat countries like US and Canada would think this is a legitimate subject of ‘research’. The morons should starve their pregnant colleagues instead.
