WHY would the employees keep quiet? I wouldn’t, and I would certainly have tried to stop her, probably gotten into a knock-down, drag-out with her too. And gladly gotten arrested! I hope she gets the full punishment under the law, and an internet lambasting.
I hope at the very least she is driven out of business. I would bad-mouth her to the ends of the earth, sue her for every dime she has, and I hope this poor pet owner does the same, until the doors of her hellhole are closed for good. Why on earth would she have done such a thing?
This goes beyond cruelty to animals and into negligence and abuse, and other people’s pets are not safe. She should be prosecuted and her spineless employees too.
Since the place has that ‘strip mall’ look about it, I thought it might be a franchise. And it is! So Cruella DeVille’s days as ‘owner’ are going to come to a close when her franchisee rescinds the agreement, and I hope she is thrown in jail too. They might even have liability. I hope she doesn’t try the ‘having a bad day’ mental issues excuse.
‘Cruella DeVille’ is about the nicest thing I can say about this witch. And I cannot believe someone wouldn’t have tried to intervene so at least she would calm down. Just awful.
As of yesterday, apparently, there are other complaints against her, and a new charge:
“We have received multiple phone calls from other potential victims that reach all the way back to the early 2000s,” she said. “We are still waiting on veterinarian reports and a lot of different things in terms of the investigation, but the complaints [go back to] 2003 when she worked at PetSmart.”
Another incident, where this poor dog suffered a ruptured speen and eye trauma – a ruptured spleen sounds like from another beating or kicking. Supposedly there are three abuse incidents, and authorities have received 100 phone calls. The place is closed now (good!) and there were/are protests daily.
I swear to God, some psychos get jobs where they can indulge their perverse inclinations to abuse a helpless animal or child. This creature’s abuse goes back many years.
