As you’ve probably heard by now, U.S. President Donald Trump just threw his trophy-hunting, bloodthirsty billionsire sons a major bone by making HUNTING AFRICAN ANIMALS AND BRINGING THEIR HEADS TO THE U.S. IS LEGAL AGAIN.
What a thoutful early Christmas gift from daddy dearest to do for a pair of savage sons, one of whom was quoted recently enjoying the sport of hunting [and therefore, presumably, killing] even better than golfing.
But what if one of them were to follow in daddy’s footsteps and get themselves elected president, as Geoge W. Bush did?
In other words, What If Junior Takes Over?

A scary thought indeed–especially for the wildlife!

Reblogged this on The Extinction Chronicles.
I guess ugly genes run in the family.
The topic has been discussed on CNN and MSNBC. Last night Chris Matthews on “Hardball” closed really blasting the removal ban and the trophy-hunting sons. He showed the pictures of Don junior and the elephant’s tail, along with Eric and the deceased leopard.
Be ashame americans. Be ashame!
The red necky president makes a point on his disrespect to life and planet Earth.
Arrogance backed up by millions of dollars that feel like they are above everything. Dangerous power position which instead of saving the planet will kill it. Is obvious that for trump family, money and power are more important than anything else. Be worried of this guy.
The meager gains for wildlife and the environment put in place by prior administrations, especially Obama’s are being torn asunder under trump. Having no concept of wild ecosystems and the animals within, they are only toys for his spoiled despicable sons to use and abuse.
I long to see their collective heads on pikes.
Just awful. This has to be stopped, somehow, some way.
Why should all of the world’s valuable wildlife be in the trophy rooms of the rich 1%? I fear someday that’s all that will be left. My dream is that now that there’s been a coup in Zimbabwe, the new leadership will boot them all out, and ban them from ever returning!
I hate them with every fiber of my being. Sometimes I wish these majestic, amazing creatures would go extinct since humans obviously don’t deserve them. Once gone, they can never be maimed, tortured, and exploited ever again.
I know, the dumbest, most scum of the earth, and yet we think we’re the most important creature on the planet. But, there may be a little hope. Here is the latest tweet from the President, and I hope he has a few choice words for Zinke behind closed doors for even thinking of such a thing:
“Put big game trophy decision on hold until such time as I review all conservation facts. Under study for years. Will update soon with Secretary Zinke. Thank you!”
There’s been enough of a backlash to get their attention.
I think that, too, sometimes. I didn’t want the wolves brought back because I knew what the haters would do to them.
It is just so damned offensive. I’ve been reading reviews of a new book out entitled American Wolf, about the reintroduction of wolves to Yellowstone, and most notably about wolf 06. After she was shot, and the rest of her pack came forward and howled, her killer said it made him ‘almost’ sad. And the author had a photo taken with her killer and her pelt!!!!! Some reviewers are saying it glorifies wolf hunting, and I did read a review that called them ‘dedicated’. They sure are, only not in the way the reviewer thinks. I will never consider their point of view, and do not care about wolf hunters.
It would have been much more my cup of tea if her pack members, and others, had come real close and ripped out her killer’s throat. 🙂
