Two dogs were reportedly killed in a horrifying act of cruelty. Per police, the suspect snapped one dog’s neck and threw another dog into oncoming traffic as an act of revenge. Demand justice for these innocent dogs.

Wow. It’s difficult to believe someone like this is allowed to roam freely. Revenge? If I were his neighbor, I would not rest until he was behind bars or in a rubber room. I would hound him mercilessly. If they don’t care about animal life, surely resisting arrest and spitting on cops is enough to question his mental state?
