A dog was found frozen to death in a doghouse after being left outside for a month, another incident in a string of cases involving animals left in the cold. Demand stronger punishments for neglectful pet owners who leave their animals outside in freezing weather to die.

Signed. That is how many now. I wish there were direct action groups that could just take the dogs they saw outside. The fools who let the dog die will probably go to a shelter and pick up another victim.

I hate people
I can’t imagine the depth of self-centeredness and stupidity. People should have to pass a suitability test to have a pet. If they can’t even take care of their own children, a poor pet doesn’t stand a chance! My heart breaks every time a terrible person abuses a pet, and our society lets it pass because ‘we’re hyooo-maaaaan’ and ‘we’re noble savages but yet we make mistakes. We’re sowwwy!”
There’s one that particularly broke my heart – someone who had a young husky puppy, lost his temper, and threw the poor baby against a wall, killing the dog. Thought he would get off with a “Wait! I suffer from PTSD!” excuse, and probably did. Sad.
