A bull Terrier named named Woobie was found stabbed and Left for dead in Philadelphia this week. Woobie was so skinny, it look like she had been starving before this. When found she had numerous stab wounds. Thankfully, passerby found her in time and brought her to the ASPCA where she received surgery and is on her long road to recovery. Please join me in demanding Woobie’s case is taken seriously and the perpetrator of this abuse is found and charged and prosecuted.
