Gladly signed. They not only eat them, they kill them in terrible ways. Unfortunately, even if this stops, cows and pigs will be out of luck.
I read a story about one village in Vietnam whose residents had pet dogs. They were really angry about having their dogs stolen for the meat trade. The villagers discovered some of the thieves and ran them down and killed them. If that would happen often enough, it might discourage dog meat.
