No, disaster is only likely in South Carolina. The North Carolina Legislature had the foresight to limit projected sea level rise to no more than about 8″ over a century. By avoiding using the models of environmental extremists, and scientists who use “facts” and “numbers” to fool people, the North Carolina Legislature has saved its citizens the unnecessary costs of preparing for catastrophic weather events.
