WEST PENN TWP., Pa. – Officials in Schuylkill County said a man was shot in a hunting incident.

Just after noontime on Saturday,  emergency crews were called to a private lot off Route 309 in West Penn Township.

Crews at the scene say a man was taken to the hospital. There’s no word on his condition.

Officials said the state game commission is handling the investigation.
