The legislation ranges from a bill that would make trapping education mandatory for some Montana residents to a bill draft that would permit the killing of wolves without a license year-round.

“Tweaking”? Sounds more like all out war on wolves to me. Seems like Rep. Paul Fielder, a trapper, certainly seems to be getting wide support for all the wolf killing plans he can dream up.
Wolf-killers need tweaking.
