Also, this had me going. There was a story over last weekend where a group of boats completely surrounded a small group of juvenile humpbacks, and one breached and hit a boat. A couple of days later, one became stranded not far from where this all happened. The response too has been quite swift from authorities if boats harass whales. Heavy fines and even imprisonment.

All the boaters and media could say was that they were glad the people weren’t hurt and that the boat damage was minimal!
Because it’s all about humans being hurt, never the animals….the juvenile probably died from hitting the boat…..
