This really leaves me speechless; however I feel that the sick bastard kids responsible need to have the same thing done to them with catapults/slingshots. Aim for their eyes, and head and neck areas. They are worthless now and will grow up to be worthless adults. Where are their fucking parents. I don’t care how young they are; they need massive fines and punishment and ban them from posting on WhatsApp. Why are the authorities doing nothing??
