GARVIN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – A man in Garvin County is charged with felony animal cruelty after he allegedly left a dog outside during a snow storm.

Court documents stated that Everett Johnson, 61, of Pauls Valley, allegedly had the dog chained to a pole, without shelter, during snowy weather that had temperatures dip into the 20s.

Johnson has not been arrested
