According to the article I read in the local newspaper here in Tucson, the “pelt” )a word we use for nonhuman animal’s hair and skin) was found in Mexico. And thats probably where he was killed.
How awful. 😦
Another one was killed by someone from US Fish & Wildlife who screwed up royally trying to radio collar him. What’s worrisome too is that a lot of the information was ruled to be kept from the public too:
